Ok I clicked create new gallery but I do not have TYPE drop down, see this screen capture:

Very weird.

Sorry about this. Do you have a suggestion how I can select the type of gallery without that dropdown? Or do you know how I can bring that dropdown back into the user interface?

Hi people so I am still not been able to figure this one out. Why do my images appear as a slideshow when I want them to show up as a gallery?

This is what it looks like when I am in the admin part:

As you can see 4 images in a row, looks lovely. When I click on publish the 4 images show up as a slideshow not as a gallery with 4 rows.

I do not want a slideshow, I would like to see a gallery. Can somebody please advise? Thank you.

I have the instagram icon selected but it is not showing up at the bottom of my blog posts?

Also, on my blog page none of the icons show up, I first have to click on the blog link and open the blog in a new page to display the individual blog post and only then are the social icons at the bottom. Here is the example: https://www.weddingsinrebate.com/blog

You have to first click on one of the names to get the social media icons. Can anybody help?

Hi Scott, many thanks for the info, much appreciated. I do have the same problem as Betsy: the white dots and arrows appear but no images.

Tried messing around with different post formats (standard, gallery, image, audio, video, etc) but no difference but no luck there.

Just wondering if there might be any other variables in the user interface that could cause the images not to show up.

Appreciate any input.
