Thank you Malihu. You’re right, another plug-in was to blame. I must have accidentally activated it while updating things.

Now it’s deactivated and everything is working again.

In case this helps, I found that installing and configuring the Postman plug-in got my Contact Form 7 working.

Just in case this helps, I had a similar issue and found installing and configuring the Postman plug-in solved it for me.
