yes i can confirm the issue too, i think we just need to exclude the spam check mechanism for the forms embedded with the products. otherwise it will detect it a spam and prevent submitting the form.

@ssvtom which version you were using? mine was the latest one i guess 7.2

check this box [Center while scrolling] in the option page and unchecked the option to include jquery.muosewheel extension, it worked for me,

Rollback the update, change to the previous WordPress version installed!
deactivate all plugins and themes then update again, i think this will fix the error!
**Backup your “/wp-content” folder, wp-config.php, and database before do any changes

Try this:
1. Make a backup of the current data, files database etc ..
2. Download the previous version of WordPress your site was running
3. Manually copying back all the core WP folders and files back to your root folder all files related to WordPress, (not over write wp-content you will lose your files and themes..)
4. Now you are able to overcome the error.
5. After that try disable all plugins and themes, and update wp
6. Activate plugins one by one, if you see the error activating any plugin that cause the problem.
