My host has checked the configuration and PHP error file and did not find any errors.
I can also confirm that CURL and fopen are enabled.

Any other ideas by any chance?

I left it on that page for 14 hours and it’s still spinning…

But the PDF doesn’t get created because of the error which means I can’t view the log.
I wonder if it’s the same for fdcom1.

Is there anyway else to see logs since PDF is not being generated?

I can confirm that define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ ); is set and it shows green in the plugin.

I am experiencing this issue with PHP 7.0.
It was working fine and then my host did an upgrade on their servers which affected something.

Now PDF’s are not being created and it’s causing WooCommerce to get 500 error when I click on set status to “Processing” for example.
The plugin also causes Stripe (sandbox or live) not to work or PayPal (sandbox).

I’m guessing that is not normal?

It seems that it gets stuck after the first image.
I’m using Version 4.9.5

ahh it seems that I was checking the adaptive image plugin incorrectly.
Thank you very much for your help!

Don’t worry about the images not showing, that is a caching issue I’m going to have to fix and not related to the problem

It seems that it’s an issue with size.
I decreased the original image size from 366 x 768 px to 366 x 206 px and the thumbnail appeared.
Is this a bug or do images need to be under a specific size?

I changed the permissions for /wp-content/uploads/photo-gallery and the sub folders (imported_from_media_libray & thumb) to 777 but still having the same issue when I try re-create the thumbnail.

I also changed the permission of /wp-content/uploads/photo-gallery/imported_from_media_libray/thumb to 777 as well.

Any other ideas by any chance?

It’s strange that 1 photo works fine but the other 2 don’t…

I will fix the lightbox issue but I’m still having trouble with the thumbnails.
I tried recreating them but still doesn’t display it, it seems that the thumbnails are not being created for some strange reason as when I go to Image Location it takes me to a 404 page.

Basically I have a plugin that imports product review and their images.

But they get imported with strange names with no alt tags etc into my media library…
I’m hoping your premium plugin would rename them on import since they go into the media library?

I noticed the Pro Version has “Renaming not only on upload but when attach media to a post too” maybe that’s what I need?

The images that are being imported at attached to comments
