Hi Ivan,
That’s great, thank you!! Yes, the error message has now disappeared and I can see all parts of the order ??
Thanks again for your help.
Can someone please help me with this issue? I’ve received another WordPress email with the same error message and I’m not sure how to fix the issue.

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Scheduled Actions issues caused by W3 Total CacheHi Marko,
Thanks for your reply and for confirming that the W3 cache plugin is not to blame! I checked with Woocommerce support and they advised it was due to low site activity.
Thanks again.

In reply to: [Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce] Emails can’t seem to be loggedOk, I’m pretty sure the Shipped/Completed status was enabled when we sent the Completed email with tracking.
So, you’re saying the emails with tracking should appear on the WP Mail Logging plugin log?
We have some items that need to be shipped next week, so I’ll let you know if the emails don’t appear on the log.
Thanks again.

In reply to: [WP Mail Logging] Tracking emails not showingHi Dake, thanks for replying.
Yes, I did do a test to check that the email was being sent and it does. It just doesn’t show up as sent on the WP Mail Logging plugin.
Generally, most emails from my website do get successfully sent but occasionally I’ll have a customer saying they haven’t received an email so that’s why I installed your plugin.
I take your point that the tracking email may be sent via a custom method and may not be seen by the WP Mail Logging plugin. I’ll contact Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce and see if they have a way to make sure their emails are actually being received by the customer.
Thanks for your help.
I’ve checked the reCAPTCHA settings and the site key and secret key are both entered and correct. The same reCAPTCHA settings are on my other online forms and they are working. Is there anything else I can try? Thanks.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Slug name field empty on WooCommerce productsYes, I have Jetpack 11.8.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Slug Missing on Product PagesI’m having the exact same issue. Also using your free version on WordPress 6.1.1. The slug in the SEO section is no longer visible on my WooCommerce product pages since the 20.1 upgrade. It normally sits between the SEO Title and the Meta description.
Due to the slug disappearing, it’s negatively affecting the SEO score for the products from green to yellow. I’ve tried manually entering the slug and the SEO score turns green. When I save it, the slug disappears again, and the SEO score turns yellow.
The slug is still visible on the static WordPress web pages e.g., Home page, Terms & Conditions page, Contact Us page etc. so it only seems to be affecting the WooCommerce product pages.
Can someone please look into this?
