In reply to: [Top 10 - WordPress Popular posts by WebberZone] Top 10 not updating/stuckWhere can I see the widget on your site? I can see the tracking take place successfully which you’ve confirmed in the backend as well. Is it just the one in the Homepage where you have popular posts?
Can you check what the settings are in there – are there any other post types?
Are you able to check what queries display here: https://webberzone.com/support/knowledgebase/debugging-with-query-monitor/
Thanks for confirming. It is a bit strange on the output compression but I suspect that changed other settings within your site.
Thank you for confirming ??

In reply to: [Top 10 - WordPress Popular posts by WebberZone] Top 10 not updating/stuckplease can you temporarily turn of the cache in the Settings page and check?
@eureck to update this feature was added in Top 10 Pro v4 which was released on Tuesday.
You could spin it up on InstaWP via https://demo.webberzone.com which is the demo site.
I haven’t been able to find your details within the Freemius optin screens. Note that you don’t need to opt in to try the plugin as it is freely available from here on dot org.
Once you’ve had a flavour of it, you can then upgrade from within the admin area or from my site.
Hi,
Let me check this at the backend. Separately, please can you also check what email you have under the admin under User. Also, under Settings – Administration Email Address?

In reply to: [Contextual Related Posts] Display only the selected “Manual related posts”Using the same number of posts as the manual posts is the best way and cleanest as well. Anything shortfall is filled automatically so you have the consistent number.

In reply to: [Contextual Related Posts] Related Posts Display in {current_year}Sorry, I missed this. Please can you explain to me how you’re exactly using that current year? Is it this feature? https://rankmath.com/kb/variables-in-seo-title-description/
I’m not familiar with rankmath behind the scenes but my understanding was that this is only for the SEO title i.e. in the metabox where you set everything? I didn’t know it would work in the post title.

In reply to: [Knowledge Base] Password Protection of Knowledge BaseThere isn’t a way to directly password protect the KB. One way I can think of is creating a page with the same slug as you have for the KB and password protecting that.
In the page you can use the knowledge base block to display the KB
This is going to be one of the pro features I’m working on where you can enable just the dashboard to other roles. I’m still debating the posts users can see in this dashboard but it will likely be all posts else you don’t need to give them the facility to view it.
I think you are using Astra. I found this article on how you can add search boxes with Astra.
https://wpastra.com/guides-and-tutorials/wordpress-search-bar/
Please can you check with them specifically how to add a popup or whatever they need for clicking that search icon? I have Astra on one of my sites and all I had to do was Customize > Header Builder > Search and the icon just worked by putting up a box.
you can see it here: https://sirconandoyle.com/
Hi, you don’t need to do anything special in terms of a search form or box for Better Search to work as it can work with any default one that you have with the theme. There is also a Better Search form widget that you can add to widgetised areas.
e.g. you’ll see it on my site https://webberzone.com/ The search icon to the top right opens up the default box of my theme Kadence and the results are those of Better Search.
My docs need quite a bit of work and it’s what I plan to do alongside the premium version this year.
