Hi @takayukister – any suggestions on how to improve submit time?

Hi @hbwarper – thanks for the recommendation. Looks like from reading about the plugin that it helps increase the speed that the form gets to your inbox, is that right?

My issue is that as a ‘user’, after I hit submit on a contactform 7 form, it takes on average 15 seconds to process the send and redirect to the thank you page….which is too long from a user perspective. Ya know?

I have 30 plugins on my site and am using this theme “Route – Responsive Multi-Purpose WordPress Theme”.

If there’s an easy way to share which plugins I’m using I’d be happy to share

Hi @preetam27 – I would like to change the layout settings to 3 column design; each time I choose 3 column design and update the changes it continues to show 4 column instead. I’ve flushed cache, cleared cookies, and the issue isn’t resolving. Can you help me please?

Hi @preetam27 – that helped a bit, now how do I get my bio to show up?
Also, I’d like to connect each profile page to a team members box (that is, on my team page, https://www.reallifecounselling.com/our-team/, when you click on Ashley’s picture, and it opens in the pop-up, how do I also have it so that when a person clicks on it, it directs to her page: https://www.reallifecounselling.com/ashley-j-kreze/

Thanks for your reply. Yep, I am familiar with the settings section, and have the options clicked to yes (i.e., Display Settings>Display Designation)….but it’s still not showing up on the pop-up.

Can you help me? ??
