Hello kireikumari thank you for your response, I tried removing all the codes and the entire footer was removed. Yes Tomas, I’m just wondering why the featured image/thumbnail does not appear in homepage? Cause in twenty-twelve the thumbnail appears in the excerpt. Tiny-forge does not support having thumbnail in homepage?

Hi Tomas, actually, I was able to apply a code using the twenty-twelve theme, but on the tiny forge theme, for some reasons, the featured image/thumbnail wont appear on the homepage and on the post itself.

Yes I selected no header.
All I want is to have my blog look like the following, featured image/thumbnail on the left and excerpt on the right.
