In reply to: WP Learndash Module Release Sschedule not working??Thanks Steve,
My LD account was set up under the license of a 3rd party with many other portals, and as such I have no way of contacting LD support… neither LD nor my provider are responding to my requests for support access, which is very frustrating.
I tested with a purchase and all appears in order, so fingers crossed. That said, I clicked on the closed access modules, and no entry appeared in the ProPanel as did with my student.
Sharon
Did you see my last message?
Thanks Andrew
Definitely no purchase button showing on the frontend. I presume it should be under Get Started. (Current Status: Not Enrolled; Price: (showing correctly); Get Started: is blank…) with course modules showing ‘Not Available’.
I just added the membership levels to PM Pro > Settings (Each course is a level with a one-off payment). I don’t think I have an addon to link the membership level to the course… however the corresponding courses were added when I edited the membership level, under Learndash (that’s between Other Settings and Content Settings)… so as far as I can see, the levels and the corresponding courses are linked…?

In reply to: Unable to view plugin settings. Thanks Wes (and t-p), still no!
My problem with accessing Learndash support stems from the fact my site was set up by a third party company. They set up all of their client portals on the same license, and as such I don’t have Learndash logins. They offered to pass on my requests previously to Learndash, but I received no reply from Learndash. I have tried contacting Learndash via amanual assistance request, that seems to be the only way to access Learndash without a login, but that also was unsuccessful.
So I’m trying to access them via the forum, but unlike other plugins, I can’t find a way to access them.

In reply to: Unable to view plugin settings.Add-ons are in the dropdown menu for Learndash. The one I was wanting to change is Stripe for Learndash. I’d love to have the Learndash support forum link.
Sorry for the hassle and thanks.

In reply to: Unable to view plugin settings.Thank you, I can’t find their support community, have you got the link?
Thank you Andrew, I’ve checked you recommendations:
– I have 3 (paid) levels available for purchase.
– All 3 levels have ‘yes’ for available for purchase.Should I be purchasing in the front end or back end? (I’ve been looking in both!)
I have a test user that purchased externally via my funnel. I set up a password for this test user. Inside the test user portal, on a course page that wasn’t purchased, I can see the following info:
– not enrolled
– course price ($37)
– on the module tiles, ‘not enrolled’
However, there is not button for purchasing this course (internally). In the backend, PM Pro > Settings > Memberships Levels, I can see:
– id, (course) name, billing details, expiration, allow signups
However, no option for test purchases…I also cannot see where to set PM Pro to generic testing mode (as another option??)
Thanks again
Thank you. In the meantime, I have removed the apostrophe, but would be great to have it there.
Ok thank you
Thanks
Yes, I was wondering if I’d have to do the 2nd option. I actually didn’t enter the shortcode, I just typed it in with the apostrophe….
The interesting thing is when I receive Worpress notifications of new users, they come through with my site name as it should be with the apostrophe…
still changing… between Aiyana and Ukulele there is (in this order:
space
&
#
039
;Hopefully this doesn’t change again when I submit!
Ok… when I am sending my messages, the code is actually showing correctly… to explain, in the email title, it is showing as Aiyana (followed by a space, then 'Ukulele] Your username and password info
For some reason, the apostrophe is showing as code, I think, in teh email…
I’ve edited the email for New User Registration – for email. The subject is showing as:
global_site_title Your username and password info
When I receive the test email, the email title is showing as:
[Aiyana 'Ukulele] Your username and password infoMy site title should be Aiyana ‘Ukulele. This is how it appears in General Settings. Could the apostrophe before the U be creating the problem?
Thanks BNFW
More than happy to provide a review once I have everything out of test phase and operating smoothly.:)
I’ve just completed another test purchase from Clickfunnels that was sent in a zap to Learndash. The email that I modified with BNFW was sent out as had I set it up… just one thing was not looking right.
The title for the email is: (sender) Your User Name and Password Info
The sender (in brackets) should be showing as Aiyana ‘Ukulele, however it’s showing as [Aiyana 'Ukulele].
Any suggestions as to why this is happening?
TIA!
