Ok – reconnecting did not work. So I have contacted Jetpack support with the URL of this support thread.

I can not make the “full reconnect procedure detailed around the middle of https://jetpack.me/support/publicize/facebook/” work. I do not understand what it is asking me to do. I have added the “Publicize” plug in. I have connected to FaceBook. I have updated my webiste. when I go to a post I can see under “Publish” “Settings” that it is set up to publish to FaceBook but it won’t let me check the box that is there & it does NOT send to FaceBook.

OK. Just figured this out as well. Thank you for your prompt response.

I did figure out (finally) how to get my posts to FaceBook. However I am still having an issue with my WP blog. I think it now needs to be addressed by someone from JetPack. I used to be able to view my blog subscribed followers. There was a link under Dashboard for Site Stats. I can’t find that link any more and I’m not sure where to see my blog subscribers now.

This issue still has not been resolved. Can anyone help me?

I have no idea. I went to www.remarpro.com and found searched for help. They gave me instructions that I followed to a tee and I still can’t make it work. I have JetPack which I can access Settings and activate Publicize. It shows that I have added FaceBook to my social network to publicize my posts directly to FaceBook, however when I go to click on the Edit link to publicize my post it will no longer allow me to check the box for FaceBook publishing. I used to be able to do it until I updated my wordpress programs today.

Very frustrating. is there no phone number for technical support that I can call???????????

Actually I know where to find them, but I’m saying that the person who is telling me they are subscribed is not showing up. her email is .au could that be the reason she is not able to subscribe?

Yes I have the jetpack plugin for followers. They are trying to sign up their email address and clicking on the subscribe button. Their email address is Australia. Would that make a difference?

Is there a time frame that it shows up on the page? Because it does not show up immediately after I did all this.

There is no EDIT when I hover over Links in my admin page.
Only 4 headings to choose from:
All Links, New Links, Links Categories, Links Shortcodes

I have now created the link = https://GoodInDeed.com
I did double check to make sure it exists — It does.
Then I went to the page I want the link to show & I clicked on Edit page, I typed in [links category_name=”Good In Deed”] and Updated, but the link still does not show up on the page?
