Would there be a problem in calling the CSS that would cause this problem?

no, I’m talking about the wp- prefix on all of the files.

I’ve been working with multiple softwares to replace wp with ab, as a test, but I’m confused.

What happens, is all aspects on the test site work, EXCEPT for the admin backend.

I can log in to the admin backend, but all of the CSS in the backend is messed up.

Any ideas?

Alright. Since you’ve put up a filler image I can’t see anything for your site. Just because your site was hacked by 4rcD3ViLL3 doesn’t mean that he’ll put his name where he screwed things up.
