In case anyone else stumbles across this thread I would like to say how amazing Angelleye’s support has been for me and this issue. Immediate response, and we seem to have fixed the issue.

The issue was a mixture of:
? An outdated cart_total.php file (I updated)
? A possible issue with PayPal PayFlow in Woocommerce. Angelleye logged in to the site, looked around at the various settings to make sure it seemed ok and resaved them all. It seems that some people had problems solved by simply resaving, so I guess certain data was stored in depricated table names or blanked during one of a million updates of the million or so components

The credit card payment happens on our page. so that’s another variable.

ok, some more info:

Buying the discounted product with paypal account = works

Buying the discounted product with credit card = fails, error 10413

Buying the discounted product and another non-discounted product with credit card = fails, error 10413

Buying the discounted product and another non-discounted product with a total over $90 and therefore free shipping with credit card = works

Hi, just jumping in here but we’ve found that we’re getting the same error code with some discounted products. we discounted with a category-wide 10%-off option and then tried deactivating that and adding the special prices to the required products in their own page.

we’ve found it’s only affecting credit card payments through paypal. paypal account purchases are working no problems.

we’re using version 1.1.6.3.1
