Also, your reply really make me angry… So I have to install a plugin to ensure WP won’t install a plugin. Does it makes sense? Of course not.

As a developer, I don’t want to waste time removing Gutemberg, so I don’t want to waste time by installing a plugin.

Have you tried to reproduce the issue deactivating all the other plugins and/or theme?
Sometimes the plugin conflicts with other plugins or themes.

Sometimes the plugin conflicts with other plugins or themes. I think this is your issue, as I have experienced similar problems with plugin conflicts.

Just deactivate the plugin, and then remove it. Et voilà!

Go to Contact > Integration. Follow the steps to configure Google reCaptcha. Then just add [recaptcha] on your form.

Then try to deactivate plugins only. If the problem still exists, it could be caused by your theme. If not, it’s caused by a plugin. Reactivate them one by one and take a look over your website each time to discover which is the conflictive plugin.

To know if the problem is caused by the plugin itself or other plugin or theme.

I don’t know why you are using class “form-group”. I assume it’s because you are using a Framework or a library. Maybe you have to check the documentation of that framework, probably they explain how to create inline forms.
If not, the only way to create what you want is using CSS classes and styles.
