You need to make sure that you set Profile page in the MS LMS > settings > LMS Pages section. After settings the page, you need to re-save permalinks again and check by deactivating third-party plugins (for testing purposes).
If you have difficulties with it, please create a support ticket on our support site (as www.remarpro.com is not a place to check the theme).
