@wfsupport actually I stand corrected, once wordfence is disabled, the interface goes back to normal.

Hi @wfsupport Yes I did try that with the same issue. It seems that once Worfence is activated I run into that issue.

as I mentioned above, I tried disabling all plugins and using the default theme just to get down to the root cause

It seems that once word fence is activated the admin css breaks. After that even if I disable wordfence the CSS is still broken.

Not sure what the issue could be.

Running WordPress 6.1.1 | PHP 7.4.33 | Apache | MySQL 5.7.23-23

Just as an update to this I when switch to the TwentyTwentyThree theme with all other plugins disabled I still encounter this same issue.

Just determined that this may be related to the theme which I am using.
