thanks for the assistance , the issue seems from my child theme since I have activated the default them and things was working again , however when I switched back to my original theme the website isn’t working again . please note I have also updated some of my outdated PHP files in my HTML PUPLIC FILE VIEW FTP as per WordPress recommendations , but still not fixed .
