For users of the basic plugin, A roll back option to v1.56.4 is available at Advanced Ads > Tools > version control

We have included improvements to address the high CPU usage issue in today’s update (Advanced Ads v2.0.1). Please check if this resolves your problem and let us know. If you’re still experiencing issues, it would be helpful if you could use the Query Monitor plugin to check for any slow queries or errors and share them with me. @eferpar @acroplex

@superclassics @aldon To assist you better, could you provide more details about the issue? Have you lost placements after the update (placements page empty)? Or are ads no longer assigned to placements and need to be re-assigned? Do you see any error logs in the backend or browser console that you could share with me? If nothing changed in the backend, but placements are not delivering, please share with me the ad and placement settings (screenshots will be helpful!).

Additionally, if you’re using the Advanced Ads widget to deliver ads , the fastest solution for now is to roll back to the previous version, as we are still working on resolving the missing widget issue.

@obenziane If possible, please share the critical error message you received. We are actively working on resolving all reported errors, and having the exact message would be helpful.

Have you updated the basic plugin to Advanced Ads 2.0.0 (or 2.0.1 as of today)? If so, please note that add-on updates need to be installed manually using the ZIP files available in your account, just like the initial installation described ?here.

Leider gibt es in der neuesten Version einen Fehler, der dazu führt, dass die Advanced Ads Widgets nicht zug?nglich sind. Wir arbeiten derzeit an der Behebung des Problems und werden die L?sung so bald wie m?glich ver?ffentlichen.

Wenn du deine Anzeigen mit Widgets auslieferst, ist es empfohlen, auf die vorherige Version zurückzugreifen, bis das Problem behoben ist. Dazu kannst du zu Advanced Ads > Tools > Versionskontrolle navigieren und auf v1.56.4 zurückgehen.

Ich musste bei den Platzierungen alle Anzeigen neu zuordnen. Selbst nach dem Speichern und dem erneuten Anklicken tritt der Fehler immer wieder auf.
Kannst du bitte weitere Details zu diesem Problem angeben?

It appears that the author box is part of the content on your posts, which causes the ad to appear below it.

To target the end of the article and inject the ad above the author box, you can set the content placement to after the first paragraph and then check the option “start counting from bottom”, as shown in the screenshot below:

Please change the value in height: 150px; depending on the height of the image ad you are using to ensure the correct vertical centering.
