    To better understand why the error is occurring, we need the complete error message. If you have debugging enabled in your wp-config.php file, the errors should be logged in a file named debug.log located in your wp-content directory. You can either look for the specific message related to Advanced Ads and share it with me, or provide the entire debug.log file if possible.

    Additionally, you can check your server’s PHP error logs. These are typically found in directories such as /var/log/apache2/ or /var/log/nginx/, or they may be accessible via your hosting control panel. Your hosting provider might also be able to assist you with this.

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with Advanced Ads.

    I see that you’re running the latest versions of both the basic plugin and the Pro version. However, the rest of the add-ons haven’t been updated. The URL Destination field comes from the Tracking add-on, which is currently inactive because the version you have is incompatible with Advanced Ads 2.0.

    To fix this, please deactivate the old version, download the ZIP file for the Tracking add-on from your Advanced Ads account, and install it manually, similar to the first installation shown here.

    I also recommend doing the same for the AMP and Pop-up add-ons to ensure they work properly.

    Please note that to update to Advanced Ads 2.0, you need to update all the add-ons as well. I recommend disabling the add-ons first, then update the basic version, then from your Advanced Ads account, you can download the add-ons zip files and install them manually, similar to the first installation shown?here.

    To assist you better, I need to take a closer look at your setup. Screenshots of some of your ads, group and placement settings, and the geolocation options under Advanced Ads > Settings > Licenses > Advanced Ads Pro > Geo Targeting would be very helpful.

    Could you please share these details with me through this form? Since geolocation functionality is a paid feature, and per WordPress rules, this forum only allows support for the basic version of the plugin. Either I or one of my colleagues will review it and get back to you as soon as possible

    The new versions are Advanced Ads 2.0.2 and Advanced Ads 3.0.1

    I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’ve faced with the latest Advanced Ads updates. Please rest assured that we are actively working on resolving the reported problems to release a fix as soon as possible.

    We’ve got a couple of placements working on our websites, more then 20. I hope, we do not have to delete them?
    Could you please confirm if you can see your placements at Advanced Ads > placements? Or is the placements overview page empty after rolling back?

    We are currently working on the widget issue and the fix should be ready soon. You can of course still roll back to previous version to be able to use the widget until the fix is ready. A roll back option to v1.56.4 is available at?Advanced Ads > Tools > version control. cc @katinkaxyz

    We are already working on a solution for the inaccessible classic widget issue. Please note that you can still deliver the ads in a similar way using shortcodes to ensure the ads are still delivered.

    Regarding the ads disappearing until the cache is cleared, since this is related to the Pro plugin, could you please provide more details about your setup via our customer support form on our website? This will help us assist you more effectively.
