    If you’re still facing issues, I recommend rolling back to an earlier version. Here’s how:

    1- Deactivate all add-ons, keeping only the free version active.
    2- Go to Advanced Ads > Tools > Version Control and roll back to version 1.56.4.
    3- Once done, manually install the previous versions of your add-ons. You can find the necessary ZIP files in your Advanced Ads account under the “Previous versions” section. To find it, just log in and scroll down a bit.

    Please note that to use all add-ons with Advanced Ads 2.0.3, you need to update them as well. I recommend disabling the current add-ons first, then from?your Advanced Ads account, you can download the latest versions of the add-ons zip files and install them manually, similar to the first installation shown?here.

    Es tut mir leid zu h?ren, dass du nach dem Update solche Probleme hast. Ich konnte das Problem reproduzieren, daher werden wir sofort an einer L?sung arbeiten. Sobald die L?sung bereit ist, werden wir ein Update ver?ffentlichen, damit du die Shortcodes wieder verwenden kannst.

    Ich entschuldige mich aufrichtig für alle Unannehmlichkeiten, die dadurch entstanden sind. Ich wei? deine Geduld und dein Verst?ndnis wirklich zu sch?tzen, w?hrend wir daran arbeiten, alle gemeldeten Probleme so schnell wie m?glich zu l?sen.

    Wenn du daran interessiert bist, zu einer ?lteren Version zurückzukehren, w?hrend wir an der Behebung des Problems arbeiten, lass mich bitte wissen, ob du nur das Basis-Plugin oder auch die kostenpflichtigen Add-Ons verwendest.     Regarding the centering issue, yesterday’s updates did not include a fix for that. However, we have already found a solution, so in the next update, you will be able to center your ads.

    We are currently working on addressing various reported issues following the recent updates and will continue releasing new updates as we resolve them.

    Hello there,

    To install the latest updates, Please install the basic plugin as usual, but disable the old add-ons and manually install the updated versions, which you can find in your Advanced Ads account. On the first page, you’ll see blue download boxes for the latest versions.

    And if you scroll down a bit, a section labeled “Previous Versions” to download the older versions if you need to roll back. there is also a link for the previous basic plugin.

    If you don’t see the “Previous Versions” section, please contact us directly through this form, and we’ll provide you with the necessary ZIP files.

    One thing to keep in mind is that Advanced Ads 2.0 and later are incompatible with older add-ons, and Advanced Ads 1.5.4 and earlier cannot be used with the latest add-on versions.

    The missing widget issue and several problems on the placements page have been fixed and are now included in our latest update.

    Many users have confirmed that these issues are resolved and that the plugin is now working as expected.

    I’m sorry to hear that the recent update is causing issues on your site. Rest assured, we’re here to help.

    To better understand why the error is occurring, we need the complete error message. If you have debugging enabled in your wp-config.php file, the errors should be logged in a file named debug.log located in your wp-content directory. You can either look for the specific message related to Advanced Ads and share it with me, or provide the entire debug.log file if possible.

    Additionally, you can check your server’s PHP error logs. These are typically found in directories such as /var/log/apache2/ or /var/log/nginx/, or they may be accessible via your hosting control panel. Your hosting provider might also be able to assist you with this.

    After providing us with the error logs, you can roll back to a previous version, since you can’t enable the plugin and use the internal rollback function, the only possibility here is to install the previous version manually from the plugins overview page in the WordPress backend. To get the right zip file to install, please visit this page, scroll down to the Advanced options section, and then select version 1.56.4 and click download.
