I have the same issue when deactivating Paid membership pro plugin, everything works fine and when activating it again, register page not working.
Note: in membership plugin when select pricing page, the system automatic redirect any page talking about register account to pricing page. (that happens because I use a free version of Paid membership pro) and in paid version customer can sign up easily.
How can solve this problem?
