Another way to do it:
Log into your hosting provider account, search for File Manager, locate the file(s) and select each one. Look for the option “Edit File”. Edit it and save the changes. Done!

– Agree with support via Forums.
– Unable to select 10 files at a time and bulk delete. Message: No files were selected (already did it marking checkboxes).
– Memory set at 256 Megabytes.

Thanks WF Support. I don’t want to delete any files because I ignore if my site is going to break down.
I suggest you put a contact form in your website. I’ve tried to contact you prior to subscribe -questions like this, features, etc.

Thanks Sdayman. My New Issues Tab shows more than 500 original files modified. I’ve made more than 5 clean-ups before. Reinstalled WordPress, etc.
Many of them may be original files changed but I’m sure some of them might be malware, so I click the option Bulk Select All Deleteable BUT none are selected.
I think that original files database might be outdated so Wordfence inhibits to select them for deleate.

I consider this a wonderful plugin but needs some fixings and support. I run a Real State site and found that it really helps me and customers. Helps me to create listings and to customers to narrow searches.
I will gladly pay for a professional version if anyone can continue the project -support included.

Hi, I have the same problem. The logo looks awful (*).
I use the Twenty Thirteen theme and I am unable to show mi logo in the dimensions proposed (1600 x 230 px).
Wordpress uploads the picture, crops it (?) and then forces the widht to 1600 px by stretching it. illogical.
Wouldn’t it be easier to have an option to use the picture as it is?
I had installed today the theme’s update and the issue remains unsolved.
Unlike Jason, the logo does not cuts, just take all the monitor’s widht.
(*) On large monitors is awful but it looks nice on small displays.
