@vardont – I didn’t end up using a widget in the end/making a new widget area as I couldn’t get the icons to line up with the header text (as I don’t use a header image, the new widget area seems to create a new line for them, which I don’t want). I simple created a new social link in the primary menu. I can’t remember where I picked up this way of doing it, unfortunately. A hunt around via google, or on youtube will probably yield some answers.

@ralexandra – you don’t want to change to the themes CSS as you’ll lose all your changes every time the theme updates. Also tbh, it’s much easier to keep track of all your changes in your own child theme.

FYI I get the same issue on both my old iphone 4s and new 5s – the empty margin on the right is bigger, meaning I get a horizontal scroll to empty space.
