Hi there apologies for delayed reply, I have checked theme and cant find anything. Only changes to theme are the footer and some code to hide the sidebar on mobile other than that everything else is pretty much the same.

No recent updates from this plugin just general plugin updates for stuff like image galleries etc this issue has been happening for a few weeks now

Thanks Peter tried this with no success, the IP’s shown when I go to the settings and IP detection isn’t accurate at all so I added the IP address of the external WAF and tried the diagnostics settings you suggested and unfortunately have the same issue.
