It’s possible that the ‘New User Registration – For User’ is triggered after the user’s account has been approved.
I would try this. If not, you may need to ask WP Security which notification they had in mind when recommending BNFW.

Yes, I am using WP Security plugin to approve new users. This plugin sends this email notification to the user and I asked them how to customize the template. They said I can use your plugin to do this.

Hello,
I have created a shortcode that renders a list (text entries). I have added this shortcode to the profile form in a separate row on the first of the three columns (the list is added on the last row).
The list is shown but, on top of the first row. It doesn’t respect the place I add the shortcode.

Actually, I would like a user to be able to select another user that the post will be assigned to. (Assign submitted posts to any registered user)
