Yes, just got the “[D]ue to too many attempts to access a file that does not exist. The host has been locked out until 2014-05-10 18:07:49 .
*This email was generated automatically by iThemes Security. To change your email preferences please visit the plugin settings.” error tonight.
I find it ludicrous that I’m told to go to the plugin settings to change my email preferences when this was a notification that I’d been locked out! And I discovered it hours after the lockout was supposed to end.
I had to rename the plugin directory to get back into the dashboard. And edit the htaccess file.
Have WP 3.91 and had just upgraded iThemes security to 4.2.2 (still have it, deactivated, in my plugin list). I’d deleted all my other security plugins in favor of this one, but if it keeps locking me out, it’s pretty useless!
Thank you! I understand it is not critical, but it does make the media library much more difficult to view, with it elongated like that.
Appreciate it! ??

In reply to: Upgraded to WP resulted in site getting suspendedIt’s shared hosting with a dedicated IP. I’ve had WP installed with them for years, and never run into anything like this. It’s definitely not cheap and they have some of the best customer service people I’ve run across.
I’ve got a multi-year plan. I can’t really just up and switch. Especially to pricier hosts.

In reply to: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Custom_Image_Headerasceta,
Thank you for your post! I also did not want to lose the Back My Book theme, and am very grateful for your insight. I’m not a programmer either and was at a loss.
I had to change the name of the custom_image_header line on a few other lines in functions.php, but after I did that – and after I re-activated all my plugins, all the error messages went away!
