The signature is now working on non-tablet for some reason but still doesn’t have a border and still isn’t showing up in the email. The Date below it also isn’t showing up but other fields are. In the email it just has:
[Signature]
[date-651]

I also need to format the form and cannot find any information on how to insert formatting (bold, underline, etc.)

Is there an option for users to use a mouse to draw their signature? It seems to only work on touchscreens.
