They weren’t deleted they vanished due to an issue with your product. I don’t have a backup or I wouldn’t be bothering with the support forum. I was considering upgrading to your pro version but clearly your product isn’t worth the money or time.
The images are not broken they are just no longer in their respective galleries. They are still available in the wordpress media library, but they just aren’t in the appropriate gallery so the the galleries now say “no images found”.
