In reply to: [ELEX WooCommerce Role Based Pricing] Does not workI received a prompt assistance from the ELEX support team and I was explained that the role-based discount is a feature of the premium version, which costs 79 $ per year and you must renovate it every year to keep it working, otherwise it will not work anymore (subscription).

In reply to: [Two Factor Authentication] It did not work at allI found no way to correctly register a test-user using “Free OTP”, and I tried many many times with the results of only getting that test-user locked-out with no way to even try again to log-in, being asked for a one-time-password he does not have (since it was not possible to set his “Free OTP” APP). I also found no way, as an admin, to reset that test-user, should he asks to register again his “Free OTP” APP. I cannot understand how anyone else could make this plugin working not just for himself as an admin, but for the users who can be asked very little in order to properly set their OTP (i.e. Free OTP or Google Authenticator).

Dear Sir,
1. You perfectly understood the requirement. The trigger should work as follows: if the user has selected a certain field (a radio selection or a checkbox) or (better) even starts filling in a certain text field in CF7, a specific PDF (among those uploaded) will be activated to be downloaded and/or sent by e-mail. For a professional use it is not enough not to activate a specific PDF only if it is completely empty, because the data a user has submitted should automatically go to all the PDFs where the same data is present, but an entire PDF should not be created at all if that user has not asked for that specific service (as it is now, his name and surname can automatically go to all the uploaded PDFs, but a specific PDF should not be generated at all if he has not asked for a specific service described in that specific PDF) – I hope I was able to explain myself.
2. If I have multiple CF7 fields mapped to a single PDF field and the user enters different values in the CF7 fields, they should go one on top of the other (overlay) in the generated PDF (creating confusion, I know, so to clearly show the error in creating the CF7 form), because it is a responsibility of who is setting the CF7 form to make that situation not possible (like having only radio selections and not checkboxes)
Thank you for your attention!

In reply to: [Contact Form 7 Signature Addon] PDF CreationHere my SOLUTION (using the plugin “PDF Form Filler for Contact Form 7”):
1. Upload the desired PDF in your WordPress media library
2. Install the plugin “PDF Form Filler for Contact Form 7”
3. Go to the options of the above plugin (dashboard – Contact – Contact Forms – select the desired Contact Form 7 form – among the selection of Contact Form 7 buttons like “text”, “email, “URL”… press “PDF MODULE”)
4. At the top of the new window select the uploaded PDF to be exported
5. The second-to-last option at the bottom of that window allows you to select the name of the field where the signature is [my-signature] and define the area of the PDF where that image will be printed
6. Close that window and save- This reply was modified 5 years ago by info2.
ADDON: I’ve set the WP Mobile Menu to appear ONLY below 767 pt width, so to appear only on smartphones, but I do not want to appear at the page https://www.capitanoagnoletti.it/shop (but it does appear when viewing on smartphone).
I’ve just verified that with the current version of WooCommerce (and without any plugin), the stock level is correctly restored after order cancellation, but only if the order is cancelled editing it (WooCommerce – Orders – Order Details – and select “Status: Cancelled”).
So, I think that the problem with “twice restoring” with this plugin comes from a first restoration by WooCommerce itself PLUS an extra restoration from this plugin.
Just delete this plugin and have your order deleted from its details (and not moving that order to the trash), and the correct restoration will work!
