@avram, also remember:
– you need to enable the theme, as Superadmin, in Super Admin -> Themes.
– there is no need to activate the plugin network wide.
– no need to include the plugin in “Exclude Plugins” plugin page.

My problem is basically called “udpates”.
I just want to avoid single updates for every wordpress installation. Multisite is nice, but the problem is that they have they own scripts that sometimes access to a category or a page.

Any idea?

A better solution can be using symlinks?

wp-admin, wp-includes and root files (no wp-config.php) are symlinked from a default installation source and wp-content and wp-config.php are locally defined?
