I had the same experience.
Instead of deleting, use disable. Worked for me.

Now it activates, but not publish on instagram new post I’ve created.

In a new admin no problem.

I didn’t use role changing plugin. Changed the user in the admin: https://store.im-haadama.co.il/wp-admin/users.php.

The problelm started after changing the user from “shop manager” to “administrator”.
