  • Hi Duracelltomi,

    First, thank you for creating this amazing plugin.

    I am hoping you can help me with a couple of issues related to integrating Google Tag Manager + Woocommerce + Google Analytics Enhanced Commerce.

    I’ve setup the above integration per your Google Tag Manager plugin, and your most recent Enhanced Commerce integration instructions. However, only some of transaction data we need is sending to our Google Analytics ecommerce account (in the reports section).

    The following data IS appearing in our GA account:
    ‘Product’ name (but NOT ‘Product List Name’)
    ‘Transaction ID’
    ‘Quantity’
    ‘Transaction’ amount

    The sales data, null. Could you offer some suggestions as to why the following data isn’t populating, and possible solutions?

    1) Revenue
    2) Tax amount
    3) Shipping amount

    Also, I didn’t take any action on the step (#4) in your instructions for “deactivating the transaction tag” in GTM. Yes, we’re using Universal Analytics, and all of our tags are firing, but this step was slightly confusing to me. Maybe part of the problem?

    Hello,

    I am having the same issue. The problem is that the banner, service, and project fields do not render HTML.

    I am really hoping this is something that can be worked around, or fix.

    Hopefully the theme’s creator monitors these forums closely (I am looking forward to a response from you.)

    Consider this post a request to fix this bug.
