Thank you for such a quick reply. I worked out to simply create two albums and then use two shortcodes to display 500+ images on the same page. For now I’ll just keep one long list but look into the link you provided, thank you.
Put another way, if I delete something in my media library, it should automatically remove itself from Optimole, this would solve the problem, but unless I’m mistaken they remain at Optimole which is a problem.
It gets a little complicated. As I said already the sync didn’t completely work, there are 837 items left on my local server. However as part of trying to continue (adding more images now I have more space) I’ve uploaded some other images, using the Media Library Folder plugin. But the uploads are sometimes failing so I have deleted and then reverted to putting the images 100 at a time directly into the Media Library. However when I then sync it fails, it already sees the images at Optimole so does nothing meaning the images are now left on the local server. And then to add pain to pain you can’t bulk delete images at Optimole so now I’m stuck. I have images that Optimole is not deleting locally and I can’t force Optimole to re-process the images it already has on its server.
That’s ridiculous, no option to bulk delete images, I’m in the same position. I’m a new user to Optimole and while trying to work out how to get it to work it’s been necessary to remove and re-add images from the media library. But re-adding them and syncing leaves them on the local server rending Optimole useless unless bulk delete available.
Unfortunately using the sync button didn’t work, no additional images were transferred.
@webulous Thanks for link, sent you download link with premium theme to try.
@webulous I installed the free version of Nikkon onto my own computer and ran the same test as you outline in your video, results were the same, changing that option fixed the issue. Great ! BUT ??
I then installed the premium version of Nikkon (version 10.4.1) and replaced the free theme with the premium version and the problem reoccurs.
If it helps I can share with you the premium version but obviously can’t give you a download on a public forum.
Unfortunately no change after changing those options @webulous
Hi, can you let me know which of these options you mean:
https://www.abworkshops.com/Choices.pngIt’s not obvious which option(s) you mean, thanks.
It shows the same:
https://www.abworkshops.com/ProcessCSSOn.jpg
https://www.abworkshops.com/ProcessCSSOff.jpgSo how is it possible that with “Process CSS files” turned on the font changes visually?
Note: I think the font is changing to Garamond, when I look up that font it looks very much like the font that is used when “Process CSS files” is turned on.
The font has changed, if you look at the title/menus and slider text for example they are in a different font. It doesn’t look like I can upload a screenshot, but I have put one here:
https://www.abworkshops.com/DifferentFont.pngEnabled, thanks ??
Thanks for your reply.
Unfortunately I don’t have the knowledge to know which file has the CSS. I added various CSS files to the “exclude” section but none of them made a difference, example:
/wp-content/themes/nikkon/style.css
Fairly sure wherever the font “Dosis” is being used it is appearing in a different font when the Process CSS files is enabled. This font is the one set in Appearence —> Themes —> Customize —> Nikkon Font Settings.
The title/tagline/menus/headings all appear in a different font, however the body text appears correct (Open Sans I think).
