    Hi Blake,

    I viewed another support question raised a while ago that was similar to this where you suggested trying some test videos and a fall back image to see whether the problem was with the browser or the encoding of the video.

    I downloaded these and tried it on my site and the issue still occurred. These videos were 5mb at the largest so I don’t think its solely down to the file sizes of my videos.

    When I debug the page within IE, I am seeing an error related to an extra <body> tag, however, I cannot find the extra tag within the HTML.

    Could this be the cause of the issue? If so, what can I do about it?

    Ah yes that has fixed it, I just hadn’t checked the box. Thank you very much.

    I noticed in the version 3.7.1 release notes there was a fix for the search functionality, was this issue fixed as part of this update?

    I am currently using version 3.7.2 and the documents are still being returned as search results. If the issue has not been fixed, then no worries. Just wanted to alert you if the issue was fixed.

    Thanks for the clarification Jeff. Is this something that we can expect to see in a later version of the plugin?

    Under Enable reCAPTCHA, I only have the fields to enter the Site and Secret Keys and to specify the theme for reCAPTCHA.

    I’m assuming there is meant to be more settings that what I am currently seeing?
