In addition to that, when i upgraded my website to PHP 7.3 general view on the homepage is completely changed (Very similar to mobile view but the content started from middle of the page and continued to the en of the right side of screen). So i turned back to previous PHP version. I think a small fix should be released about PHP 7.3

Thank you for your solution suggestions. The first one worked fine and now position problem removed but if i insert this CSS code to Custom Css Box, all web site is effected and in all pages, menu bar disappears while i am scrolling the page.

So is there any way to use this solution for only the specific page?

I applied this CSS and also decreased margin to 2 px as follows:

margin-top: 2px !important;

But as you can see in the webpage (address is given above) there is still position-error. The amount of error is exactly “the height of top bar (orange in my page) + height of menubar + height of gap between menubar and page content”.

Perhaps you may want to try this situation in a test environment with enigma theme and probably you will face with same problem too.

So is there any way to give negative offset for local links to solve this problem?

I want my menu to be NOT transparent because reading the menu content becomes difficult when it is semi-transparent now. (Screen-capture: https://snag.gy/zFG0T4.jpg)

When i scroll down the screen, the menu automatically becomes non-transparent as you know and reading becomes easier. (Screen-capture: https://snag.gy/6DNEZb.jpg)

I want it to be allways non-transparent.

I also need same solution (non-transparent menu) but i did not get expected result after inserting above CSS code to specified section (Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Options -> Theme General Options ->Custom CSS Editor)

I tried to install your master.zip. But when i tried to activate it, wordpress (4.9.1) gives an error: “This plug-in can not be installed because of a critical error”.

Then i, noticed that wordpress tried to create a new plugin with the same name as “Wp Statistics”. Then i uninstalled both of them (one was the original plugin that does not provide statistics, the other was the latest one that you sent). And i installed the master.?zip again.

Now it is successfully installed and activated. And this plugin (coming from your master.zip) started to create statistics! Thats very good for me. Thank you for your support.

PS: There is no statistical data since last update (i mean yesterday’s statistics are still zero. But never mind for me)

I’ve tried to register to the website you mentioned many days ago (in order to post the problem) but i could not get confirmation e-mail (to login and post my problem). I also contacted with site admin but again there is no response. So i can not get support from Weblizar. (I already checked spam mails etc).
