As we have mentioned the lazy loading functionality has been implemented from WordPress 5.5+ versions for fast browsing experience for your website users/visitors.
For this instance, If you tend to disable the features we request you to activate the plugin Disable Lazy Load and check if it will work for you.

Please come up with the results so that we can set that feature on the theme.

Would you please confirm if you have reached to Customize>Theme Options>Global Settings and find excerpt setting to select option between trimmed content and default excerpt for the posts archive to achieve the desired output?

First off, thanks for reaching out to us. In this instance, the plugin does not have such feature for the author box appended just below the post’s content. Alternately, the widget WP Post Author (Custom) widgets may help you to achieve the desired output slightly.
But definitely, we will consider the feature request for our future updates.

Thank you so much for the review. Actually, it can be disabled from the WordPress admin menu called “WP Posts Author” and check “Remove from post content” checkbox.
