Thank you for your message.
The shipping name and country are both missing in the Shipping address section at the top right of the Pay For Order page provided. These fields are required to complete the checkout with Afterpay.
It has been noticed that they do, however, appear in the Shipping Details section at the bottom of the page. Is there by any chance any third party plugin installed on the website that might have altered the order shipping details?

As this challenge is preventing sales at checkout, the Afterpay team would advise disabling the plugin immediately, if you have not already done so. Next, please consider taking a backup of the site (database and files), then rolling back to the previous version of the plugin (currently v3.5.5).

The Afterpay Gateway for WooCommerce Plugin does support multicurrency configurations as long as (a) the merchant account is configured for multiple currencies, and (b) the customer can pay in their selected currency.

Afterpay provides Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) payment options exclusively. As such there is no support for paying the full amount up front, or for skipping the Afterpay Checkout window.
There are a number of other payment gateways that can be active at the same time as Afterpay and can be found on the WordPress Plugin Directory.

It looks like the website is using the Astra theme. The Astra theme makes changes to the default hooks, meaning an appropriate hook needs to be set in the Afterpay plugin settings. For the setting under “Payment Info on Individual Product Pages”, the field described as “Set the hook to be used for Payment Info on Individual Product Pages” will need to be changed. One of the hooks available in the latest version of Astra is
astra_woo_single_price_after
which may work depending on settings and customisations.Please note that if the theme is changed or the theme is updated and the hook is moved, the setting in the Afterpay Payment Gateway for WooCommerce will need to be modified.

With regard to the position of the hooks this will vary depending on the theme. It appears as though the
woocommerce_single_product_summary
runs after the product content. To resolve this challenge, a more appropriate hook needs to be found in the active theme. One of the hooks available in the latest version of Astra isastra_woo_single_price_after
which may work depending on settings and customisations.Please note that if the theme is changed or the theme is updated and the hook is moved, the setting in the Afterpay Payment Gateway for WooCommerce will need to be modified.

The Afterpay plugin loads merchant account configuration from the Afterpay API. This includes the order minimum and maximum values. In order to increase the minimum, please submit a request using the following web form:

Once the value is amended at the account level, the plugin should pick up the changes within 1 hour.
