Hello @giomax86, Thanks for reaching out! Could you let me know which platform you’re facing this issue on? If the issue is with Jitsi Meet, we can help resolve it. Are you using a random public domain or JaaS 8×8 for the API settings? If it’s a random public domain, the issue might be beyond our control since the meetings are loaded from a public source. However, if it’s related to JaaS 8×8, we can look into fixing it.

Yes, definitely, here’s a YouTube video demonstrating the feature. You can check how Tutor LMS is working by clicking on this video: How to Integrate MeetingHub with Tutor LMS integrating Zoom Meeting, Jitsi Meet, and Webex Meetings
Hi @joykingwar
Thanks for your questions. Regarding the whiteboard feature in Jitsi Meet, it’s available if you’re using a self-hosted version of Jitsi. You can find more details here: Jitsi DevOps Guide. If you have your own self-hosted Jitsi setup, you can configure it to use your domain through the MeetingHub Jitsi API settings. Just a heads-up though, self-hosting Jitsi is considered a premium feature, so you’ll need to set that up and configure it yourself.
As for Tutor LMS integration, we’ve made it easier! There’s a meeting button in the front-end editor. Once you click on it, you’ll see a list of available meetings, and after selecting one, the relevant shortcode will be inserted based on the platform (Zoom, Jitsi, Webex, etc.). This makes it smooth for instructors to manage meetings directly from the front-end without needing shortcodes from the admin.
Hope this helps, and let me know if you have any other questions!
Looking forward to having you on the lifetime plan!
Honoured! This complement will definitely help us to fire up our works.
It seems your Server OAuth credentials access token has expired. Please set up your Zoom settings again: Screenshot.
If it still doesn’t work, then create a new ‘Server to Server OAuth App‘. Remember, to join the meeting in a browser, you need to set up the Meeting SDK App credentials. Follow our tutorial if you need any guidance.Hi, @narendrask
Thanks for your feedback !Please update the plugin to the latest version. Now, users can join meetings without logging in. And we will soon bring a feature that allows users to set their username before joining a meeting.
Hi @narendrask ,
Thanks for reaching out!
We’re sorry to hear that the “JOIN IN BROWSER” button isn’t showing up on the front end. We’ve recently released an update that should address this issue ??. Could you please update the plugin to the latest version and see if that resolves the problem?
If the issue persists or if you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to let us know. We’re here to help!
