Oh no, what a shame. Lost the advanced features now, e.g. being able to disallow pages. Will deactivate until fix out.

I still get ‘Request unsuccessful: Not Found’ when trying to use preview.

Thanks for this post. I’ve just moved host and was struggling with import to a new database. Commenting out the ‘CREATE’ part did it for me.

Thanks everyone for helping with this. All I need to do now is work out how to effectively edit existing themes!
