I wish I could link a picture here but as mentioned, going to “settings” –> “Sendwith…” –> There are two options
A: Using Mailpoet Server
B: Other (our own mailserver)
B: solution has now worked fine for 3 years.
Now it shows up a green activated button, but the text inside the given green oOther option frame shows a red text, what obviously means, that the external use of the mailserver is not functioning.
I have doublechecked the settings with another website we run, they are ok.
So I have no glue what is wrong.
