I have the same problem!

I’ve also tried to disable the plugin, but the problem persists: the circle continues to spin and never stops. Very annoying as I’m trying to save a Google Map…

This fix worked for me, too. Remember to activate the new version in Google AppEngine Dashboard before trying again to do the upload!

I agrre with russomi: aucor, pull the fix to the github repo it’s a very good idea!

I found the problem for me: there is an error in the url i used.
I accessed the Settings page from the Installed plugins page.

There the set url is: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=woocommerce_settings&tab=integration&section=google-merchant-center

But the correct way to access the plugin settings is by going to WooCommerce > Settings > “INtegrations” tab > “Google Merchant Center”.
The correct direct url is: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=integration&section=google-merchant-center

From there you’ll can setup the plugin.
