Referring to the code: no, it’s nowhere to be found. I have deleted all plugins (not just deactivate, delete), I have activated the default WooCommerce theme, Storefront.
The problem still occurs.
I have detected that this happens only for countries not included in the Table Rate (ie those encompassed with * which should remove the tax).

I have followed your steps (you can see the duplicate site at https://staging.addiaudiovisual.com). Now, it only has the WooCommerce plugin active and the Storefront theme. However, the same error happens.
WooCommerce → Status → Logs is empty (both on the original website and the test website).
Any ideas?

Go to the EA settings and change the way the time slots are displayed. Instead of having only the start time, select to display both the start and end time. The option is found under EA settings → Form Style & Redirect. After changing this setting, it should work fine.
