Same here, show up in normal but not floating. Not sure why, I have deactivated my floating until there is a fix.

I fixed it by updating my permalinks. Sorry forgot to read the installation properly.

Anybody know if this is possible? I love the plugin but having relation by title and content seems like a no-brainer.

Same here, the plugin does not work to noindex all tag pages or category pages. The only way it to do it manually for each page. Needs to be fixed.

Thanks, unfortunately even if I upload via the media uploader it does not upload the copy to the cdn automatically. Right now the only way I can do it is if I manually click on the upload/sync to CDN button within the plugin settings.
