your site load time is fine, loads quite fast for me.

i did a retest – https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.abriejames.com/EI7IwaiT
the scores are showing above average, which means high scores.

when ever i make changes to the litespeed settings, i always do a “Empty entire cache” instead of “full purge”
goto /wp-admin/admin.php?page=lscache-dash then hit the button with red text that shows “Empty entire cache”

looking at your headers, i’m not seeing “x-litespeed-cache:hit or miss”, make sure you have litespeed cache enabled on your admin console.
