I think you have provided the best suggestion for improving the speed of my website.

But most of the plugins are paid and at this time I am looking for free plugin because my website does not have much web traffic.

I don’t want to use CDN because I don’t know how the Adsense will perform with CDN.

Themeforest themes are for one time purchase or we need to buy/renew theme every year?

Yes, I tried with wp-optimize but it makes website even more slow because it takes extra time to cache the website.
