Hi. I just wanted to jump in here as I’ve been having the same problem. I’m working with a client that has six different websites and I’m getting the same problem with all six sites.
The meta box is not appearing after the plugin is installed. I’ve tried changing themes and disabling all other plugins, but neither of those seemed to work. I’ve also removed the plugin and reinstalled it. I’ve used this plugin on several other sites and even did a write up on it (https://www.advertisemint.com/how-to-install-the-facebook-conversion-pixel-on-wordpress/) so I’m surprised to see it not working on all six different sites. Perhaps its the hosting company?
I’m on WordPress 4.1.1 and running Extensio theme. Here are some screenshots of the site.
