Unfortunately, we cannot upgrade to the latest version of WordPress and therefore also not to the last contact form 7 version. The redirect was still working a few weeks ago. But I think someone must have updated your plugin. So the redirection no longer works. Would it be possible to have an old version of your plugin ?
