Hey there! Any update on how to get the sidebar to appear?

I created the menu and I added the subcategories from Woo. However, my only options are to put the menu across the top (like the main menu of the whole site) or as a footer menu. Maybe my theme doesn’t allow the sidebar option like you described?

I am thinking the sidebar thing that you are talking about is a widget I need to add. I will browse around and try to figure that out but if you have guidance send it my way (when you are not on the road).

I am totally fine with that. I intend to have a variety of graphic design products (printables, custom blog graphics, business branding, etc.) so each one of those was going to be a category.

I just don’t want all of my printable products to be thrown on the page without order. I don’t know what the point of having the subcategory is if it refuses to display it?

Can the sidebar that you are suggesting display only when in the shop? I wouldn’t want that info to display if you were just reading the blog.

No, I don’t want to be able to see products until you click on a subcategory. So I have them set like this: https://imgur.com/a/r4NjNp2

But the ‘category display’ of ‘show subcategories’ does not work. If I click on the parent category right now it just displays all of my products regardless of subcategory.

Essentially I want it displayed like:
Shop> Categories> Subcategories> Products
