Just copy and paste the code from this topic in functions.php file of your active theme and change the user roles you want to disable comment form.

The logic of “lazy load” has been changed in 4.1.0 version, so the comments will load after scrollbar position reaches 90% of window height which makes page load more quick.

Thank you for using wpDiscuz!It seems the problem comes from wrong configuration in plugin settings page, please ensure that this option is unchecked which is in under “Styles” tab. See the screenshot below.

wpDiscuz works only if you create at least one comment form for one post type otherwise the installation does not make sense.
