Thanks for your replies, all. I was hoping the problem wasn’t buried in code somewhere and was a quick fix using an overlooked option. I’ll have to get my code guy to look at it.

tabularasamarketing: I’m not exactly sure what you mean by it’s an OS option. (Yes, I understand the words, but I don’t see how it’s not a WP issue.) ??

    Many thanks,
    Eric

Thanks, Rachel. In Chrome, when I right click on the image of the signature, all I get is the standard list of options produced by my OS, nothing WP related. When I hover on the sig image, I get 2 icons: a little pencil and an X. When I click the pencil, I get the IMAGE DETAILS window with a variety of options, but none that address the issue. In the previous version of WP, clicking on the image gave me option to adjust the spacing around the image so I was able to adjust it that way.

    Thanks,
    Eric

    Hi 345AD:

    Just the spacing.

For example, as you would on any “letter” you’d type, you sign your name and then type your name under the signature. That’s the simple thing I’m trying to replicate. The image of the signature has hardly any white space around it so that itself isn’t the issue. It seems like WP is putting padding around the image that I cannot delete and, therefore, can’t get the typed name close enough to the image.

    Thanks,
    Eric

    Hi Rachel:

It’s actually not yet posted (because it looks so bad) ??

    Thanks…
