As at this point I have tried various combinations and tried to focus the target group so that it has to show the cancelled orders. To no avail.
What I have eliminated so far:
– Date range (I’ve tried with all or between dates)
– Order type (all and also cancelled orders)
– File type (xls, CSV, etc)
